1. Nature of outputs
Obsidian Command synthesizes signals from public-source intelligence using machine-learning systems. All dossiers, scores, theses, alerts, and visualizations are model-generated and probabilistic. They may contain errors, hallucinations, omissions, biases, or stale data.
2. No advice
Platform outputs do not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, medical, security, intelligence, or operational advice and are not a recommendation to act or refrain from acting. Users are solely responsible for independent verification and for any decisions taken.
3. Source provenance
Where possible, outputs cite the underlying signals. Citations indicate inputs to a synthesis, not endorsement of accuracy of those inputs.
4. Human review
For consequential decisions, human expert review is required. Colmus does not operate the Platform as a decision-making system.
