Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct required of every Obsidian Command operator.

1. Lawful use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable laws and these terms, including export control, sanctions, privacy, and computer-misuse laws.

2. Prohibited activities

Unlawful surveillance of individuals; stalking, harassment, or doxxing; circumventing authentication or access controls; intrusion, interception, or unauthorized access; scraping in violation of third-party terms; targeting protected groups; producing or facilitating CSAM or other illegal content; supporting terrorism or attacks against civilian or critical infrastructure; sanctions evasion.

3. Source integrity

Obsidian Command operates exclusively on lawful public-source intelligence and licensed feeds. You may not upload, ingest, or attach private, classified, stolen, or unlawfully obtained data.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, forfeiture of fees, preservation of evidence, and referral to law enforcement.
